Riaz Mirza

Director & Geoscientist

Riaz Mirza is a founding Director and Geoscientist of Simcoe Geoscience Limited. Throughout his 20 years in the environmental, engineering and exploration industries, Riaz has worked on projects in Canada, the United States, South America, Africa, Middle East, Asia and Australia. His experience includes working with major engineering, mining and energy companies at various stages of the projects from exploration to reclamation. He is an experienced geoscientist who has years of field experience from project management to completion.

Riaz has worked with number of geophysical companies at senior positions before staring Simcoe Geoscience Limited. His passion in geoscience and to offer affordable and intelligent solutions with latest technologies made Simcoe Geoscience Limited the number one choice in the industry.

Riaz holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Applied Geology from University of Punjab, Pakistan, M.Sc. in Applied Geophysics from Quaid I Azam University, Pakistan and advanced master degree in Environmental Geosciences from the University of Tuebingen, Germany.
